All items are shipped through USPS or UPS with the best discounted shipping rates through our online provider.
If your item/items arrives broken, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider. Make sure to take pictures of your items including all sides of boxes, shipping materials and labels for your claim. It is also recommended to keep all shipping materials until your USPS or UPS provider has contacted you.
